Job summary

ChristianaCare's Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team for full-time night shifts with day rotations in a high-acuity environment. You’ll provide expert care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced unit at Christiana Hospital.

BSN is required; ADN with BSN commitment within 3 years will be considered. Minimum 1 year acute care experience, BLS required; ACLS preferred (must obtain within 6 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide expert care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity ICU.
• Partner with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver life-saving interventions.
• Advocate for patients and families during their most vulnerable moments.
• Use advanced monitoring and treatment strategies to achieve the best outcomes.
