ChristianaCare's Medical Intensive Care Unit at Christiana Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the MICU team. This full-time flex role involves a 36-hour week with night shifts and day rotations, providing high-acuity patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must hold a BSN (ADN considered with BSN commitment within 3 years), have at least 1 year of acute care experience, and be BLS certified (ACLS preferred, obtainable within 6 months of hire).
