Job summary

ChristianaCare is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) to join our team on a full-time flex schedule (36 hrs/week) with night shifts and day shift rotations at Christiana Hospital. You will deliver expert critical care, work with a multidisciplinary team, and advocate for patients and families in high-acuity situations.

Qualified candidates have a BSN (ADN considered with BSN commitment within 3 years), at least 1 year of acute care experience, and BLS; ACLS is

Qualifications

• BSN required; ADN accepted with commitment to obtain BSN within 3 years.
• Minimum 1 year acute care experience.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (must obtain within 6 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide expert care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICUs.
• Collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team for life-saving interventions.
