Job summary

Christiana Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Intensive Care Unit. This full-time flex role includes night shifts with day shift rotations, located at Christiana Hospital.

You will provide expert critical care, partner with a multidisciplinary team, and advocate for patients and families in a high-acuity environment. The role requires a BSN (ADN considered with commitment to obtain BSN within 3 years), 1 year of acute care, BLS, and ACLS preferred with a 6-month window.

Qualifications

• BSN required; ADN considered with BSN commitment within 3 years.
• Minimum 1 year acute care experience.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (must obtain within 6 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide expert care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting.
