MetroHealth in Ohio is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Critical Care Step Down Unit (7 West). You will care for patients with complex conditions, perform bedside procedures, and monitor telemetry.

The role requires strong critical thinking and teamwork with PCNAs, interns, providers, PT and OT. Eligible candidates hold an Ohio RN license, BLS, ACLS (or be willing to obtain), and have at least 1 year of RN experience for PRN roles.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; program seeking accreditation acceptable.
• Current Ohio RN licensure.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers (or to be obtained within 90 days).
• ACLS certification (or to be obtained within 6 months).
• PRN requires 1 year of RN experience.
• PRN must possess required certifications on hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care on the Critical Care Step Down Unit (7 West).
• Perform bedside procedures and monitor critically ill patients.
• Interpret ECGs and respond to telemetry alerts.
• Collaborate with PCNAs, nurse interns, providers, PT and OT.
