MetroHealth's Main Campus - Glick is seeking a capable RN for the Critical Care Step Down Unit, 7 West. The unit has 14 beds and enhanced monitoring capabilities. Shift options include 7a–7p and 7p–7a with rotating weekends/holidays; bi-weekly hours total 72.00.

You will work with PCNAs, interns, and providers to deliver high-quality patient care. Requirements: Ohio RN license, BLS; ACLS within 6 months; PRN requires 1 year of RN experience; BSN preferred; Magnet certification valued.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (or a program seeking accreditation).
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio
• BLS certification for healthcare providers
• ACLS certification (or obtained within 6 months of hire)
• PRN requires 1 year of relevant RN experience
• PRN must possess all required certifications upon hire

• Provide bedside nursing care in a high-acuity unit.
• Collaborate with PCNAs, interns, providers, PT, OT for patient care.
• Utilize EKG interpretation, central line care, and respiratory support as needed.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and time management in a fast-paced setting.
