Eligible candidates hold RRT credentials, state licensure, and an Associate’s degree in respiratory therapy (BA/BS preferred). Proficiency in EMR and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of Respiratory Therapy.
• Associate’s degree in respiratory therapy required (BA/BS preferred).
• Credentialed as an RRT and licensed as a Respiratory Therapist where you work.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of oxygen delivery modes and corresponding equipment.
• Administers and monitors therapeutic procedures for oxygenation.
• Initiates and manages mechanical and non-invasive ventilation.
• Evaluates therapies and recommends care plans.
• Documents therapy and communicates with the healthcare team.
