Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care (bathing, hygiene, feeding, ambulation).
• Participate in admission, transfer and discharge processes under RN supervision.
• Perform purposeful rounding and communicate patient/family observations to RN.
• Support nutrition, skin care, and patient positioning tasks as directed.
• Document data and activities in the EMR and coordinate tests and treatments across departments.
