• Document vitals and data in EMR.
• Support admission, transfer and discharge processes.
• Perform rounding and communicate observations to RN.
• Assist with diet and skin care tasks.
• Collect specimens and perform point-of-care testing as directed.
• Coordinate tests and treatments with departments; use EHR systems for orders.
• Handle communications and phone duties; monitor and troubleshoot equipment.
• Prepare chart forms for admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Maintain positive patient relations and professional communication.
• Care for patients across age ranges per department policies.
