Regional 911 Intake Solutions in North Richland Hills, TX seeks 911 Call Takers to be the first point of contact in emergencies. You will ask focused questions, confirm locations, document information, and coordinate with dispatch teams.

rotations may be required, including nights, weekends, and overtime; a high school diploma and strong listening, typing, and verbal communication skills are essential, with prior public safety or customer service experience helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming emergency calls and assigned nonemergency lines.
• Confirm incident location and caller's callback information.
• Use approved questions to identify nature and urgency of the situation.
• Enter accurate details into call-processing or dispatch software.
• Forward incident information promptly to the appropriate dispatch function.
• Help distressed callers focus on essential questions and instructions.
• Provide authorised pre-arrival instructions only within training and certification.
