Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a Crisis Support Worker for a full-time role in Kansas. The position offers responsibility after hours for children and families, with a company car, cell phone, and computer provided, and weekend on-call rotations every four weeks.

A High School diploma or equivalent is required; prior work in child welfare is preferred. We seek compassionate candidates who can communicate clearly, learn quickly, and advocate for children's well-being.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience serving children and families preferred.
• Willing to learn and follow training.

Responsibilities

• Assist children after hours, including transport to foster homes.
• Be with a child in hospital or offices as needed.
• Rotation of weekend on-call hours (every four weeks).
