TFI Family Services, Inc. is seeking a Crisis Support Worker to assist children after hours and in crisis situations. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with prior relevant experience preferred.

The role is full-time with rotating on-call weekends, two shifts Mon-Thu evenings, and a company car, cell phone, and computer provided. Flexible scheduling and remote work are offered, along with generous leave and tuition reimbursement.

Formación

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
• Full-time role with weekend on-call rotation every four weeks.
• Shifts: Mon-Thu 4pm-2am and Mon-Thu 12am-10am.

Responsabilidades

• Assist children after hours, transport to foster homes, or support during crises.
• Be with a child in hospital or offices as needed.
• Collaborate with multiple offices across the area.
