Job summary

TFI Family Services is hiring a Crisis Support Worker to assist children after hours and support families in crisis. A High School diploma or equivalent is required, with preferred experience serving children and families. We provide training and a company car, cell phone, and computer.

This is a full-time role with rotating on-call weekends and opportunities to work across multiple offices in the area. Flexible scheduling and remote work options are mentioned as part of our benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous work experience serving children and families preferred.
• We will teach you the rest.

Responsibilities

• Assist with children after hours, including transporting to foster homes or helping in moderate crises.
• May be with a child in hospital or at various offices in the area.
• Rotation of weekend on-call hours once every four weeks.
