Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a Crisis Support Worker to help children after hours. You will assist with crisis situations, transport to foster homes, and may accompany a child in hospital or at various offices.

This full-time role offers rotating on-call weekends, a company car, cell phone, and remote-friendly scheduling. We provide generous leave, tuition reimbursement, and a dedicated team focused on child welfare.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience working with children and families preferred.
• Willing to learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• Assist children after hours in crisis situations, including transport to foster homes or support in moderate crises.
• May accompany a child in hospital or at various office locations.
• Rotate weekend on-call hours once every four weeks.
