Job summary

TFI Family Services seeks a Crisis Support Worker to join our team. The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, with preferred experience serving children and families. Training will be provided to develop essential skills for crisis work.

The position offers two evening shifts with on-call weekend rotation, and a comprehensive benefits package including flexible scheduling and remote work options where available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Compassion, eagerness to learn, and clear communication are essential.
• Experience serving children and families is preferred but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist children after hours and may transport to foster homes.
• Be with a child in hospital or at offices as needed.
• Rotate weekend on-call shifts approximately every four weeks.
