Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a Crisis Support Worker to join the team on a full-time basis. High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience serving children and families is preferred, and training will be provided.

The role involves after-hours support, transporting children when needed, and potential hospital or office assignments. A company car, cell phone, and computer are provided, with a rotation of weekend on-call hours every four weeks.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and be mentored in child welfare.

Responsibilities

• Assist children after hours and in crisis scenarios.
• Transport a child to a new foster home if required and accompany a child in moderate crisis.
• Be with a child in hospitals or at company offices as needed.
• Rotate weekend on-call hours every four weeks.
