Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a Crisis Support Worker to support children after hours and assist families in crisis. This full-time position includes two rotating shifts (4pm–2am and 12am–10am) and a weekend on-call rotation every four weeks, with a company car, cell phone, and computing devices provided.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; experience serving children and families is preferred. We will teach you the rest and train you in child welfare practices.

Qualifications

• We will train you in remaining duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist children after hours and transport to foster homes when needed.
• Be with a child in hospital or at offices as required.
• Rotate weekend on-call hours every four weeks.
