Job summary

Compass Connections is seeking compassionate Advocates to help people in crisis via calls, texts, and chats across the United States. Our team provides trauma-informed support, information, and resource connections 24/7, with a focus on rapid assessment, safety planning, and compassionate communication.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, English fluency, and the ability to work flexible hours. We offer full benefits from day one and a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 3+ years of crisis intervention experience.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming contacts promptly and professionally.
• Assess caller risk and determine immediate safety needs.
• Connect individuals with appropriate resources and referrals.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation per policy.
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
