Job summary

Compass Health Network is seeking a part-time Crisis Line Clinician for weekend evenings to provide immediate, person-centered crisis support by phone. The role is remote but Missouri residents only, with a schedule on Saturdays and Sundays 4:00pm-12:00am, totaling 16 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 60 college credits required.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related field preferred.
• At least one year of behavioral health or human services experience if the highest degree is an associate degree.
• Working knowledge of DSM-V.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed crisis intervention via phone.
• Assess caller needs, screen for safety, and connect to services.
• Collaborate with internal and external providers for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with agency standards.

As a Crisis Line Clinician with Compass Health Network, you’ll provide immediate, person-centered support to individuals reaching out through our Disaster Line. You’ll help identify needs, offer compassionate crisis intervention, and connect callers to services and resources that promote safety, stability, and hope.

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Associate degree or completion of 60 college credit hours required
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related field preferred

WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• At least one (1) year of experience in behavioral health or human services if Associate degree is the highest degree obtained
• Working knowledge of DSM-V required
