Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Ability to work assigned shifts.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, chats, or texts.
• Input call/chat/text reports into systems.
• Document interactions into appropriate systems.
• Conduct follow-up calls when appropriate.
