Aspire Health and Community Services in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) team on a part-time schedule. Provides specialized nursing care to adults in a 24-hour crisis stabilization program, a voluntary, less restrictive alternative to inpatient hospitalization.

The CCS unit features a newly renovated 10-bed unit offering short-term stabilization (3–5 days, flexible).

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's degree).
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound clinical judgment, and provide compassionate, high-quality care.
• One year of experience in an acute mental health and/or co-occurring disorders setting preferred.
• Familiarity with recovery-oriented treatment approaches for individuals with severe mental illness preferred.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and document clients' self-administration of medications while ensuring safe medication practices.
• Monitor clients' physical health needs and coordinate acute medical care with direct care staff as needed.
• Facilitate health and wellness groups and activities that promote recovery and overall well-being.
• Deliver strength-based, solution-focused nursing interventions and support individuals in developing WRAP and safety plans.
• Complete assigned clinical documentation and participate in required trainings to support high-quality care.
