Job summary

Aspire Health and Community Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) team in Quincy, MA. You will provide specialized nursing care in a 24-hour crisis stabilization program, serving as a less restrictive alternative to inpatient care.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s degree).
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.
Ability to work independently with sound clinical judgment and provide compassionate care.
One year of experience in acute mental health and/or co-occurring disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and document clients’ self-administration of medications with safe practices.
Monitor clients’ physical health needs and coordinate acute medical care with staff.
Facilitate health and wellness groups and activities supporting recovery.
Deliver strengths-based, solution-focused nursing interventions and WRAP/safety planning.
Complete clinical documentation and participate in required training.
