Job summary

Aspire Health and Community Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) team in a part-time role. The 10-bed CCS unit provides short-term stabilization for adults in behavioral health crisis, with stays typically 3–5 days and flexible based on need.

The LPN will monitor medications, coordinate medical care, facilitate wellness activities, and support WRAP/safety planning.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) eligible to be licensed by MA Board of Registration.
• Minimum 1 year experience in acute mental health or co-occurring disorders preferred.
• Ability to work independently with sound clinical judgment and compassionate care.
• Recovery-oriented approaches familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document clients' self administration of medications.
• Coordinate acute medical care with direct care staff.
• Lead health and wellness activities to support recovery and wellbeing.
• Deliver nursing interventions and assist in WRAP and safety planning.
• Complete clinical documentation and participate in trainings.
