Aspire Health and Community Services in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) team. You will provide specialized nursing care in a 24-hour crisis stabilization program serving as a medically necessary, voluntary, and less restrictive alternative to inpatient psychiatric hospitalization.

The CCS unit is a newly renovated 10-bed facility; typical stays range from 3 to 5 days and can be adjusted per needs.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN license.
• Experience in acute mental health settings preferred.
• Ability to work independently with sound clinical judgment.

Mansioni

• Monitor and document medication self-administration and safe practices.
• Coordinate acute medical care with staff and providers.
• Lead health and wellness activities to support recovery.
• Develop WRAP and safety plans and complete clinical documentation.
