Job summary

Community Care Alliance is seeking Residential Treatment Workers to support our Substance Use Residential Programs on a per diem basis. The role involves travel between Pawtucket, Johnston, and Providence sites to cover shifts and provide ongoing support, crisis intervention, and basic counseling in a home-like setting.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent; CPR and First Aid certification required (or obtained after hire).

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or obtained after hire).
• Background in mental health or substance abuse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel between Pawtucket, Johnston, and Providence sites to cover shifts.
• Assist clients with activities and crisis intervention as needed.
• Support medication monitoring and education; help with daily living activities.
