Job summary

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for the Adult Community Crisis Stabilization (A-CCS) team to deliver direct clinical and practical nursing services.

You will conduct intake and ongoing assessments, administer medications, document thoroughly, and coordinate with providers, pharmacies, and staff to support treatment planning and continuity of care, while educating clients on recovery and wellness.

Qualifications

• MA LPN license is required.
• At least 1 year in behavioral health and 1 year in medical-surgical nursing.
• Ability to complete nursing assessments and coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services to adults in A-CCS program.
• Administer medications and monitor effectiveness and safety.
• Complete assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Coordinate with team to support treatment planning and continuity of care.
• Educate individuals on recovery, health, medications, and wellness.
