Job summary

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is seeking a Clinician Unlicensed to join the Adult Community Crisis Stabilization (A-CCS) team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, community-based clinical services, including assessments, action and safety planning, and timely documentation.

You will collaborate with families, staff, and providers to coordinate care, lead treatment planning, and help ensure smooth transitions back to the community.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a clinical behavioral health field is required.
• Experience with crisis stabilization or inpatient settings preferred.
• Strong assessment, safety planning, and referral skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, community-based clinical and consultative services to individuals and families in A-CCS.
• Complete intakes and comprehensive clinical assessments, including risk assessment and mental-status evaluation.
• Develop and document individualized action plans, safety plans, and treatment plans with individuals and the team.
• Determine and implement appropriate treatment and referral responses using least restrictive, person-centered options.
• Lead treatment and disposition planning during assigned shifts; participate in daily case meetings.
• Develop discharge and aftercare plans; coordinate referrals for continuity of care.
• Facilitate psychoeducational, recovery-oriented groups for A-CCS level of care.
• Triage daily clinical workflow; support census, admissions, and a safe milieu.
• Complete timely electronic documentation of assessments, progress, and dispositional information.
• Engage in supervision, training, quality-improvement activities, and liaison activities with Emergency Services.
