Job summary

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) seeks a Clinical Supervisor to provide direct clinical, supervisory, and consultative services within its Adult Community Crisis Stabilization (A-CCS) program in Massachusetts.

The role will oversee assessments, treatment planning, and discharge planning while supervising staff and interns in a supportive, HEART-valued culture. BHN offers comprehensive benefits, PTO, and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or related clinical field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant job experience.
• Licensed or license-eligible preferred.
• Experience with crisis, respite, or inpatient settings preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, community-based care and maintain A-CCS program capacity.
• Develop comprehensive assessments, individualized action plans, and safety plans using evidence-based tools.
• Determine and implement treatment and referral plans using the least restrictive alternative.
• Facilitate psycho-educational and recovery groups, and triage daily workflow and referrals.
• Consult with the Program Director and collateral providers on treatment planning.
• Develop discharge plans and write discharge summaries.
• Provide individual and group supervision to staff and interns.
• Participate in hiring, training, and disciplinary actions per BHN guidelines.
• Manage staffing, daily program schedules, and maintain a safe, organized milieu.
