Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc. seeks a Clinical Supervisor to deliver direct clinical and supervisory services within our Adult Community Crisis Stabilization (A-CCS) program. You will lead assessments, safety planning, and evidence-based treatment while supervising staff and interns.

The role emphasizes crisis-focused leadership, collaboration with the Program Director, and the development of discharge plans to ensure quality, patient-centered care. Strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in social work or clinical field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Licensed or license-eligible preferred.
• Experience with crisis, respite, or inpatient settings preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Motivation to work with individuals experiencing behavioral health crises.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, community-based care and maintain A-CCS program capacity.
• Develop comprehensive assessments, individualized action plans, and safety plans using evidence-based tools.
• Determine and implement treatment and referral plans using the least restrictive alternative.
• Facilitate psycho-educational and recovery groups, and triage daily workflow and referrals.
• Consult with the Program Director and collateral providers on treatment planning.
• Develop discharge plans and write discharge summaries.
• Provide individual and group supervision to staff and interns.
• Participate in hiring, training, and disciplinary actions per BHN guidelines.
• Manage staffing, daily program schedules, and maintain a safe, organized milieu.
