Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a related mental health discipline.
• Five (5) years of postgraduate experience in a relevant behavioral healthcare setting.
• Two (2) years supervisory experience.
• An appropriate doctorate may be substituted for two (2) years of experience.
• Licensure as a mental health professional and NJ credentials as required.

Responsibilities

• Directs the administrative and clinical organization of the UBHC Crisis Receiving and Stabilization Center.
• Plan, train and supervise staff delivering clinical services per Evidence Based Practices.
• Schedule and coordinate staff activities and team meetings; review cases and supervisory updates.
• Monitor documentation compliance and program operations to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Demonstrate leadership in a unionized environment and delegate appropriately.
