Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health discipline is required.
• Active New Jersey state licensure or licensure as required by the State Board of Social Work if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation and assessment of individuals served.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and provide therapy.
• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy.
• Provide case management functions and coordinate care with other staff and resources.
• Collaborate with staff, referral sources, and community resources.
