Qualifications

• Four years of relevant full-time paid experience (or a Bachelor's Degree in a mental health, social or human services field).
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to document in an Electronic Medical Record and in Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls from consumers and handle inquiries.
• Perform initial triage of consumers and families upon arrival onsite.
• Complete required documentation and follow handoff protocols before shift ends.
