Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a full-time Crisis Specialist Supervisor to lead the Crisis Support Workers and ensure timely support for families. You must have a Bachelor’s degree in human services and preferably two years of experience in Child Welfare.

The role involves coordinating with staff and community partners, advocating for children, and participating in trainings. TFI offers flexible scheduling and remote work options, generous leave, a longevity bonus, and tuition reimbursement,

Responsibilities

• Supervise Crisis Support Workers in assigned area, Monday–Friday 1pm–10pm and on call as needed.

• Promote the well-being of children in the Permanency Program and participate in staff meetings/trainings.

A Day in The Life as a Crisis Specialist Supervisor

As a Crisis Specialist Supervisor, you supervise the Crisis Support Workers assigned to each area Monday through Friday from 1pm to 10pm and on call as needed. Crisis Support Workers provide after-hours and weekend on-call support to the staff in the Permanency Services Program. Promotes the well-being of children in the Permanency Program, participates in staff meetings and trainings and coordinates with staff from other agencies involved in providing Permanency Services. committees and work-groups.
