Job summary

TFI Family Services seeks a Crisis Specialist Supervisor to lead Crisis Support Workers in a full-time role in Kansas. You will supervise after-school and on-call coverage, support families, and promote child wellbeing within the Permanency Program.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in human services and has experience in child welfare. Flexible scheduling and remote work options are offered, along with holidays and leave benefits.

Responsibilities

A Day in The Life as a Crisis Specialist Supervisor

As a Crisis Specialist Supervisor, you supervise the Crisis Support Workers assigned to each area Monday through Friday from 1pm to 10pm and on call as needed. Crisis Support Workers provide after-hours and weekend on-call support to the staff in the Permanency Services Program. Promotes the well-being of children in the Permanency Program, participates in staff meetings and trainings and coordinates with staff from other agencies involved in providing Permanency Services. committees and work-groups.
