Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a full-time Crisis Specialist Supervisor to lead the Crisis Support Workers and oversee after-hours coverage for the Permanency Services Program.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in human services and preferably two years’ experience in Child Welfare; Predictive Index assessments are part of the hiring process. We offer flexible scheduling and remote work options, plus substantial paid leave and holidays.

A Day in The Life as a Crisis Specialist Supervisor

As a Crisis Specialist Supervisor, you supervise the Crisis Support Workers assigned to each area Monday through Friday from 1pm to 10pm and on call as needed. Crisis Support Workers provide after-hours and weekend on-call support to the staff in the Permanency Services Program. Promotes the well-being of children in the Permanency Program, participates in staff meetings and trainings and coordinates with staff from other agencies involved in providing Permanency Services. committees and work-groups.
