Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a Crisis Specialist Supervisor to lead Crisis Support Workers and oversee after-hours coverage for the Permanency Services Program. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in human services and preferred two years in Child Welfare, with a schedule Monday–Friday 1pm–10pm and on-call as needed.

The organization offers flexible scheduling and remote work, 20 personal leave days in year one, 25 days after year one, and 12 paid holidays, plus a longevity bonus and tuition

• Bachelor’s degree in the human services field from an accredited university.
• Preferred two (2) years’ experience in Child Welfare.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Crisis Support Workers in their assigned area, Monday–Friday 1pm–10pm, and on-call as needed.

• Promote the well-being of children in the Permanency Program and participate in staff meetings and trainings.

We are looking for a full-time Crisis Specialist Supervisor to add to our team! You must have a Bachelor’s degree in the human services field from an accredited university. Preferred two (2) years’ experience in Child Welfare.

A Day in The Life as a Crisis Specialist

As a Crisis Specialist Supervisor, you supervise the Crisis Support Workers assigned to each area Monday through Friday from 1pm to 10pm and on call as needed. Crisis Support Workers provide after-hours and weekend on-call support to the staff in the Permanency Services Program. Promotes the well-being of children in the Permanency Program, participates in staff meetings and trainings and coordinates with staff from other agencies involved in providing Permanency Services. committees and work-groups.
