Job summary

TFI Family Services seeks a Crisis Specialist Supervisor in Wichita, KS to oversee Crisis Support Workers Monday–Friday 1pm–10pm and on-call as needed. A Bachelor's degree in human services is required, with two years of Child Welfare preferred.

You'll coordinate with Permanency Services staff, promote children's wellbeing, and connect families with community resources. The role offers full-time hours and comprehensive benefits, including paid holidays and generous leave.

We are looking for a full-time Crisis Specialist Supervisor to add to our team! You must have a Bachelor’s degree in the human services field from an accredited university. Preferred two (2) years’ experience in Child Welfare.

A Day in The Life as a Crisis Specialist

As a Crisis Specialist Supervisor, you supervise the Crisis Support Workers assigned to each area Monday through Friday from 1pm to 10pm and on call as needed. Crisis Support Workers provide after-hours and weekend on-call support to the staff in the Permanency Services Program. Promotes the well-being of children in the Permanency Program, participates in staff meetings and trainings and coordinates with staff from other agencies involved in providing Permanency Services. committees and work-groups.
