Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a Crisis Specialist Supervisor to join our Kansas team. A Bachelor’s degree in the human services field is required, with a preference for two years in Child Welfare.

This full-time role oversees Crisis Support Workers and coordinates services for families in Permanency Services. You will supervise 1pm–10pm weekdays and participate in trainings, while collaborating with external agencies.

• Bachelor’s degree in human services required.
• Two years’ experience in Child Welfare preferred.

We are looking for a full-time Crisis Specialist Supervisor to add to our team! You must have a Bachelor’s degree in the human services field from an accredited university. Preferred two (2) years’ experience in Child Welfare.

A Day in The Life as a Crisis Specialist Supervisor

As a Crisis Specialist Supervisor, you supervise the Crisis Support Workers assigned to each area Monday through Friday from 1pm to 10pm and on call as needed. Crisis Support Workers provide after-hours and weekend on-call support to the staff in the Permanency Services Program. Promotes the well-being of children in the Permanency Program, participates in staff meetings and trainings and coordinates with staff from other agencies involved in providing Permanency Services. committees and work-groups.
