Health Solutions is a premier wellness center in Southern Colorado seeking full-time Support Staff for Crisis Services. You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and partners, handling intake, documentation, and reception tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include managing electronic health records, verifying payer eligibility, ordering supplies, and supporting clinic operations with a strong emphasis on safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of secretarial experience.
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills.
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
• Current Colorado Driver License and access to transportation during work hours.

Responsabilités

• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Engage with individuals who might be experiencing behavioral health crisis.
• Complete 27-65 paperwork for outpatient offices and crisis services.
• Cover front desk reception.
• Operate multiple phone lines.
• Scan and upload 27-65 records to the EHR.
• Verify client payer eligibility.
• Maintain client electronic health records as needed.
• Order office supplies for CLR and Respite.
• Complete checklists for patient check-ins at CLRM.
• Complete other department’s job requests as needed.
• Order and stock promo supplies and brochures.
• May be required to wand clients for safety risks.
