The successful candidate will have WA licensure (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT), a Master's in a relevant field, and proven leadership in behavioral health. This is a full-time, exempt position with strong community partnerships and impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work is required.
• Two years of crisis experience preferred.
• Two years of behavioral health leadership required.
