This role partners across teams to deliver high‑quality services.

The position supervises program supervisors, develops staff, and drives staffing, training, documentation and performance metrics to improve outcomes and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health sciences.
• Active Washington State license to practice in behavioral health.
• Five years of direct treatment experience in behavioral health care.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for crisis response programs.
• Translate goals into effective operations, ensure staffing, training, and quality standards.
• Monitor performance, compliance, and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
