Job summary

Olympic Health and Recovery Services (OHRS) seeks a Crisis Response Supervisor to lead the Crisis Services Team across crisis outreach, co-responder outreach, and crisis stabilization services for Thurston and Mason counties. The role focuses on supervision, consultation, and operational guidance to ensure safe, compliant crisis interventions.

Ideal candidates have strong clinical skills, crisis intervention experience, and proven leadership for building teams and supporting staff in high-stress

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or social sciences required.
• Current WA state licensure in a relevant mental health profession.
• At least two years of direct treatment of mentally ill or emotionally disturbed persons.
• Three+ years supervisory/administrative experience in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day crisis program operations and staff coverage.
• Provide technical oversight, case consultation, safety planning, and referrals.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance with coaching.
• Deliver quality crisis training and risk assessment practices.
• Review cases and paperwork for documentation, QA, and compliance.
• Monitor service delivery for timeliness and regulatory adherence.
• Serve as escalation point for critical incidents and safety management.
