Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Current Montana professional licensure (e.g., LCSW, LCPC) or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years post-licensure clinical experience in behavioral health.
• Minimum of three years of leadership experience in behavioral health or integrated care settings.
• Experience with strategic planning, partnership development, and compliance oversight.
• Knowledge of crisis service models and population health strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for crisis services across the agency.
• Oversee crisis program operations, staffing, budgets, policies, workflows, and service development.
• Identify service gaps and lead expansion and continuous improvement.
• Monitor quality, utilization, and performance data to guide decisions.
• Ensure crisis services meet clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Build partnerships with hospitals, healthcare providers, law enforcement, EMS, and community organizations.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development.
