Elevate, Inc. is seeking a Mental Health Professional to join our Mobile Crisis Response Team and provide immediate, compassionate support to individuals experiencing mental health and substance use crises in the community.
As a Mental Health Professional, you will work alongside law enforcement, first responders, community partners, and service providers to deliver trauma-informed, person-centered crisis intervention. This role provides the opportunity to meet individuals where they are, help stabilize crises, develop support plans, and connect people with resources that promote recovery and wellness.
Work Location: Elevate Office 1426 N. 5th Street, Sheboygan, WI
Pay Range: $23-$28/hour
Hours: 10PM - 6AM (24 hours/week) - rotating schedule every other weekend
6AM-2PM / Monday-Thursday - rotating schedule every other weekend
