Job summary

Santé Group is seeking a dedicated Co-Responder Peer Recovery Specialist in Cambridge, MD. You will assess, intervene, and develop crisis plans for clients, functioning as the on-site clinical liaison and documenting all interactions under supervision.

This role requires strength in crisis management and collaboration with families and community providers. The position offers a competitive hourly rate with a sign-on bonus and opportunities to grow within a leading behavioral and mental health

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in full recovery and 5 years lived experience.
• Valid driver's license and proof of current automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing an on scene assessment and treatment plan.
• Assist in performing a danger assessment and lethality assessment.
• Effectively perform crisis intervention including de-escalation and crisis planning.
• Design appropriate referral recommendations using available community resources.
• Address populations including child, adolescent, adult, dual-diagnosis and elderly.
• Work with families to de-escalate the situation and implement crisis plans.
• Document interactions using CRS procedures.
• Collaborate with first responders and be aware of first responder culture.
• Participate in trainings and provide community education when needed.
