Baltimore Crisis Response, Inc. is seeking a Peer Recovery Specialist for CarePoint’s Mobile Response Team in Baltimore. This role provides in-field crisis support in pairs, partnering with clinicians and community partners to guide individuals toward recovery and access to resources.

Responsibilities include developing crisis plans, linking to care, and empowering self-advocacy, with emphasis on strengths-based approaches and timely documentation. Shifts include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsabilités

• Respond in the community in teams of two to provide compassionate support during crises.
• Collaborate with clinicians, peers, and partners to support crisis recovery.
• Assist individuals in crisis with crisis planning and linking to care.
