The Santé Group is seeking a Co-Responder Clinician to join our frontline crisis intervention team in Cambridge, MD. This in-person role focuses on addressing client needs, crisis situations, and designing treatment plans to provide hope-filled care.

Responsibilities include danger and diagnostic assessments, crisis intervention, and referrals. Licensure in Maryland (LCSW-C/LCPC) is required, with support for licensure renewal, training, and collaboration with police and ER staff where needed.

Formación

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field of study.
• Two years related experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform danger, crisis, and environmental assessments on entry to situations.
• Perform diagnostic assessment and on-scene treatment plan.
• Provide crisis intervention including de-escalation and crisis planning.

Educación
