CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Response Operations to lead the enterprise crisis response program within the Business Resilience organization.

You will own standards, plans, playbooks, activation processes, and executive-ready briefings, while maintaining an always-on posture for critical events. You will oversee on-call rotations, drive improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ready crisis response across technology, products, and customers.

Qualifications

• SaaS / security SaaS environment experience is required.
• Willingness to take a designated shift in a crisis team on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience managing incidents from a customer-facing viewpoint.
• Experience owning a corporate crisis management, incident management, or business resilience program.
• Demonstrated time serving as or supporting an Incident Commander or response lead.

Responsibilities

• Own the crisis response program: strategy, standards, roadmaps, plans, and playbooks.
• Carry on-call and surge Incident Command responsibilities during coverage gaps or escalations.
• Remain the accountable program lead outside your shift; stay aware and reachable.
• Enable coordinated response with crisis team leads and clear handoffs.
• Produce decision-grade SitReps, executive briefings, and AARs, sourced from facts.
• Design and facilitate exercises and training; drive after-action reviews and improvements.
• Engage with executives during activations and steady-state planning; present packaged options.
• Build and lead the Response Operations team with strong bench depth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional resilience teams to maintain aligned capabilities.
