CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Response Operations to lead the enterprise crisis response program across business, technology, cyber, product, and customer-impacting events.

The role entails owning standards, playbooks, activation processes, and readiness cadences, with on-call rotation and potential Incident Commander responsibilities as needed. A strong SaaS/tech product background and leadership experience are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Own the crisis response program: strategy, standards, plans, playbooks, activation processes, and cadences.
• Carry on-call and surge Incident Command during activations or coverage gaps.
• Be the accountable program lead outside shifts, remaining aware and reachable.
• Enable coordinated response with crisis team leads and ensure clear handoffs during events.
• Produce decision-grade artifacts: SitReps, executive briefings, and AARs with clear facts.
