Job summary

Partners In Recovery LLC is seeking a Direct Care Worker to support residents in a crisis residential unit. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor safety, and help individuals engage in meaningful activities while documenting medication administration in the EMR.

The role is full-time, non-exempt, with 12-hour day shifts and a rotating schedule. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required; CNA/CMA is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and successful motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Provides a welcoming, calm, courteous presence.
• Care for residents and coordinate schedules and activities.
• Responds to individuals in crisis with de-escalation skills.
• Supports crisis prevention, intervention, and resolution.
• Monitors safety 24/7 and assists with medications and EMR documentation.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
